Baking soda + water

Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with water to make a thick paste. Brush your teeth with this paste three times a week.
Baking soda + hydrogen peroxide
A simple toothpaste consisting of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda can create a brighter smile.
Mix 1 tsp of baking soda with 1/2 tsp of hydrogen peroxide to make a paste and start brushing. let the paste stands about a minute and then rinse.
Baking Soda + Lemon Juice
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a few drops of lemon juice. Put a little of the paste on your toothpaste.
